Typically I blend Psychodynamic & Humanistic with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, NLP, and mindfulness. To compliment further, I am Accredited Professional Hypnotherapist, Accredited Trainer and Motivational Speaker. I use certification in Nutrition, to encourage holistic principle, that mind and body need to work in total alignment.
I have been personally trained by the worlds best in the field of personal development. Therefore, I know first-hand, this ‘stuff’ works! I aim to introduce you to best tools and techniques. For example, I am trained in Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, and successfully deliver Inner-Child and Past Life therapy, to suitable clients.
My client group is male and female from all backgrounds and professions - some in the public eye. I also work well with teenagers and young adults.
