Everyone is different with an individual journey and story to tell and taking a holistic approach, I use a blend of trusted therapies, models and experience to support you to reach your goals.

Working this way as an integrated counsellor, NLP practitioner, coach and hypnotherapist, means I am not restricted to one style of therapy and use a variety of tools and techniques to help you understand your feelings and achieve the changes, solutions or choices that are right for you at the right time.

If you have any queries about how therapy can help and would like an initial chat, please make contact. I'm more than happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
