I am a friendly, approachable Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with experience working with all ages.

I have volunteered at schools helping young people with issues including but not limited to: bullying, loss, chronic and temporary illness, depression, sexual identity, cultural identity, anxiety and stress, identifying unhealthy / healthy friendships, self-image, low self-esteem, anger and body image.

My work with adults has predominantly related to anger, anxiety, depression and negative self perceptions.

    Advanced Diploma in Psycotherapeutic Counselling (Ad Dip PC)
    (Chrysalis Not For Profit Ltd - Accredited Professional Therapy Training)

    Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills (Dip Hyp CS)
    (Chrysalis Not For Profit Ltd - Accredited Professional Therapy Training)

    Degree: Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology
    (Coventry University)

    Current Volunteer for The Mix - Essential support for under 25s
    (since November 2018).
    (Voted Volunteer of the month for The Mix - March 2018)

    Volunteer Counsellor for Charity Place2Be in school for 1 year.

    Voluntary mentor for Cyberbullying - Support Network For Young People for 1 year.

    Accredited with The National Counselling Society.

    Accredited with The National Hypnotherapy Society
