I am a qualified, registered and insured counsellor working on the Isle of Wight.
My training as a counsellor has been in humanistic counselling and I work predominately with a person-centred approach, however, I have had training in other modalities and work in an integrative way, and working in this way I can help clients with a wide range of emotional difficulties, in a way that suits the client, as individuals, best.
I have a special interest in bereavement counselling and alongside my private practice, continue to volunteer with a bereavement service on the Island where I have received specialist training and gained valuable experience in helping people who are experiencing loss and bereavement.
