Everyone has their unique challenges in life and sometimes it just feels the right time to tackle them but this is a hard thing to do on your own. I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a broad range of experience working with clients from age 12 to over 80.
I will support you as you work through any issues causing difficulty or distress, allowing you that opportunity to be properly heard without judgement. Sometimes this will be the first time you have felt able to express something that could have been sitting with you for a number of years.
I am here to help you join the dots in your life enabling you to process emotions such as anger, loss and self-doubt that you may be feeling which can so easily drag us down into that bottomless pit.
