I am a qualified counsellor and I work with clients to live well. If you need help to make a change, such as breaking a bad habit, creating good habits or dealing with a range of issues from anxiety to phobia, I can help you to achieve your personal and professional goals. I provide a warm, safe and confidential space for you to explore the issues on your mind and difficult feelings you may be experiencing. I offer an accepting, non-judgemental place where, together, we can work through these challenges, issues and feelings - whatever they may be.

I have over 20 years of experience working in financial services and risk consulting at a senior level. I decided to change careers at the age of 40 to become a therapist because what enjoyed most about my leadership roles was working with people and helping them to become the best versions of themselves and more of who they truly are. I work in an integrative person-centred way which means the relationship with the client and the client’s best interest is at the core of my work. I tailor my approach to meet the specific and unique needs of each client.

Contact me for a free initial consultation to discuss how we can work together to achieve your goals - whatever these are.
