Counselling is an effective tool to help support with stress, low mood, anxiety and depression. It can also be used for relationship problems, family issues, bereavement, work related issues, difficult life events and more. Being able to speak to an impartial and independent counsellor can help give a different point of view and enable you to think about things in a different way.

I work ethically and empathically with the aim to work towards wholeness and a greater understanding of the self to enable you to live your life to the full, working with issues that may be causing difficulty, anger or sadness from the past or present.

I offer an integrative approach thus recognising that every individual is different and may need a different approach and I can tailor the therapy to what suits you best to manage your issues. Talking about your issues is good for your mental health and overall wellbeing.
