I'm an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with a private practice near Alvechurch. I also use Zoom, and telephone consultations so can work with clients anywhere in the country. I work with clients from the age of 13 up to adults. I'm trained in a number of different approaches, therefore following your initial consultation and assessment, we can work together to find the best therapeutic approach to support your needs. My aim is to provide a safe space for you to be able to talk freely and express your feelings in a supportive and empathetic environment. Wanting to change and taking the first step to having therapy can be daunting, however you can rest assured that together we can explore the issues and work our way through the difficulties to make a positive long term change for the better.

If you are struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Relationship issues, Stress, Bereavement or any other issues that are impacting on your life, please call me for a free telephone consultation.

We can then discuss how I can best support your needs, and I will answer any questions you may have to ensure that you are completely comfortable before engaging in any therapeutic sessions.
