I am an experienced Counsellor/therapist//mental health professional with over 20 years' experience. I can offer you a safe, confidential and non judgemental space to talk about your thoughts and feelings. I work in a collaborative and empathic way to help my clients identify areas of their lives that are causing them distress and agree areas they wish to address through counselling/therapy. In turn, I will work utilise a range of skilled interventions.

I am also a Registered Nurse (Mental Health and General Nursing), EMDR Practitioner Certificate

BA (Hons) Degree in Social Policy, PG Dip in Public Health and Management.
I have completed training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
I am a member of UKATA, EATA, RCN professional bodies and registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Counsel.
