I am an Integrative therapist working creatively, online and face-to-face with adults, families, children and young people. I have a Diploma in Integrative therapy, a Postgraduate Certificate in Therapeutic play, and a Masters in Evolutionary psychology. I have just finished researching Children and Young People's interaction online during the pandemic for my doctorate qualification.
In addition to my qualifications listed I am a professional member of the Association of Counsellors and Therapists online and a member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society's Children and Young Person Registry.
I enjoy working with people on an individual level, exploring with them the solutions to the issues they bring into the therapeutic space.
Increasingly people are involved with online interactions, this has good parts and not so good parts and I feel this is often part of of the work for people and I happy to include that in our sessions together.
I work both with traditional talking therapy and creativity. This can include therapeutic play, games, working in nature and with animals and therapeutic work and mindfulness with LED light sabres.
In my spare time I look after my goats, horses, ducks, dogs and cats and enjoy dancing, various crafts and LED light sabres !
