I am a fully accredited integrative psychotherapist. I am trained in different approaches such as person-centred and CBT, and have wealth of experience working with a wide range of client issues in my own counselling practice.
I think it’s important to know we are all human and sometimes we cannot prepare for what life has in store for us and how that can have a massive impact on the way we think.
