I am a qualified counsellor with a HE certificate in Counselling (Swansea University, 2015), BA Counselling and Interdisciplinary Studies (University of Wales Trinity St David, 2016) and MSc Psychotherapeutic Practice: Humanistic (University of Wales, Trinity St David, 2021).
My work focuses on a humanistic approach with person centred practice, providing online and over the phone counselling. I have experience in working with depression and anxiety disorders, OCD, self harm behaviours, domestic violence, drug and alcohol abuse. My experience is with working with both children and adults.
