Having completed my training and gaining an advanced diploma on a course affiliated to the National Counselling Society (NCS) I practice within the ethical framework as set out by them.
Life can often feel both difficult and overwhelming and I offer a peaceful, private and confidential space in which you can talk through some of the issues that might be holding you back or making life feel challenging.
My two personal passions and what drew me to counselling in the first place are working with couples and mental health in the workplace.
I believe that our home life and our work life are core to our sense of well being and when these environments contain difficulties or conflict it can prove completely debilitating and therefore hugely detrimental to our sense of well being.
Having spent a year working in a GP surgery I am also very experienced in time limited solutions focused therapy and am advocate of working in this way if this is appropriate for your needs and budget.
This is 6-10 sessions working on one particular issue.
Call me for your free 15 minute telephone consultation and we can go from there.
