I strongly believe that counselling should be specific & meet the reason that has brought you to therapy. Being an accredited Integrative counsellor, I will draw from different approaches to tailor your therapy to meet & achieve your goals. I will work collaboratively with you; I will not 'tell you' what to do. There are so many reasons people come to therapy. My aim is to build a strong therapeutic relationship with you in a safe environment where you can talk freely without fear/judgement. You will feel respected, valued & understood. All the elements which aim to ensure that therapy is effective & meaningful for you.

I understand deciding on a therapist might be daunting and can feel like a big decision, so I offer and recommend a short telephone chat, which allows you to gain a sense of whether you would like to work with me. Some of my experience includes working with: anxiety, panic attacks, attachment issues, trauma, domestic abuse as well as control and coercion.

I work with clients who are aged 16 years or over, so if you are experiencing anything that is causing you distress, then together we can explore and resolve those feelings. Seeking counselling doesn't have to be due to a mental health crisis. Life events and changes can cause a great deal of stress and anxiety.

I have a few evening and weekend sessions available as well as sessions in the week. Depending on your preference and my schedule, you could choose our sessions to be face to face, via telephone or even via Zoom.
