Hello, I'm Tess
If you have found your way here you are either looking for support for yourself or for someone you know.
People often say that needing or wanting counselling is weak or just for ‘crazy’ people.
Seeking counselling is a brave and strong thing to do, it isn’t easy for most of us to admit that we might need a little extra help so the fact you are even here is a testament to your own personal strength.
I believe that everyone would benefit from counselling. It is not often that we have someone who genuinely listens to us. In the majority of situations, I find most people aren’t really actively listening, instead they are waiting for their turn to talk.
I specialise in seeing clients from gender relationship and sexually diverse communities, neurodivergent clients, disabled clients and sex workers.
