'Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass; it's learning to dance in the rain.'

I am an integrative counsellor with a person-centred core. In other words, I allow space for my clients to explore and express themselves in the time they need. As an integrative counsellor, I can draw upon many different types of therapeutic approaches in order to tailor an approach that best suits each of my clients. I work with a broad range of issues including, but not limited to: anxiety and fear, depression, change, relationships, abuse, and confidence and self-esteem. There are no time restraints for the therapeutic journey. For some clients, it’s a matter of a few sessions … for others, it’s a matter of years. Some clients will dip in and out of therapy depending on what is going on in their lives. The marvellous thing is that there is no one answer. This is an individual process. The therapeutic relationship is a special one, no matter how long or how short.

I look forward to walking beside you on your journey.
