I provide clients with a professional therapeutic relationship based on non-judgmental respect and empathic understanding and use a number of different ways of working to further support my clients. I have had counselling myself and have experienced the benefits it can bring to one's life.

I offer on-line (Zoom) or telephone sessions and will also offer to face-to-face counselling once the COVID restrictions are lifted.
