I work with individuals in a Pluralistic Approach which incorporates different modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour therapy, the psychodynamic approach, humanistic approach, each approach is tailored to meet the individual needs of the client. At the heart of the therapy is the Person-Centred approach which values the client as being central to the therapy.

Making the decision to come to counselling can be a difficult choice and it can feel overwhelming, I will be part of your counselling journey as we work a long side each other as you explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviour which will build on your own abilities and understanding.
I am passionate about supporting people through their difficulties so that they can move forward in their lives. I believe that by offering clients a safe space to talk which is non-judgemental, empathic will give clients the potential for individual growth

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society and work within their ethical principles, values and good practice.

I have worked with a variety of clients who have brought a range of issues to counselling including clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship and family problems including struggling being a parent, trauma, abuse, self-esteem and confidence.

I have experience in working with clients that have experienced domestic abuse and how this can impact on them and the range of emotions and uncertainties they face.
