I practise an integrative approach with my counselling. I blend theories and practises to suit the needs of my client. Each client that I work with has a bespoke service.

I offer a warm friendly non judgemental environment to help you on your way to self fulfilment. My aim is to make you feel safe as you explore issues from your past or issues that are affecting you in your present. I will provide the support and skills that you need to work through the problem and get to self fulfilment.

I have a thriving Walk and Talk service where the therapy is taken outside the therapy room. I provide 7 risk assessed routes. This alternative to the therapy room allows you to experience counselling in a nature setting. It is calm and peaceful but still provides all the benefits of counselling. Further information can be found on my website.

I will support you through your journey and provide a service where you will challenge yourself to work through the issues that you feel are holding you back.
