My aim is to make you feel safe as you explore issues from your past or issues that are affecting you in your present. I will provide the support and skills that you need to work through the problem and get to self fulfilment.
I have a thriving Walk and Talk service where the therapy is taken outside the therapy room. I provide 7 risk assessed routes. This alternative to the therapy room allows you to experience counselling in a nature setting. It is calm and peaceful but still provides all the benefits of counselling. I offer a free initial consultation (online or telephone or face to face - please note face to face incurs a room charge) I do not offer the initial consultation on the phone for sex addiction, this needs to be online or face to face.
I will support you through your journey and provide a service where you will challenge yourself to work through the issues that you feel are holding you back either singularly or as a couple.
