I am an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, which means I use a range of different tools to tailor the sessions to your needs. I have worked in mental health and addiction since 2013. If appropriate, we would explore childhood messages, experiences and trauma, in your pace, to reflect on present day behaviours and issues you may face.

My role is to listen, show empathy and provide a safe space to explore your feelings. Together we will establish a treatment plan that suits your needs. Therapy provides a safe, non judgemental space to explore your feelings and your thoughts. Therapy is a means of self care, giving yourself time to reflect on your own needs.

I work with a range of difficulties including, self esteem, self worth, self confidence, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, bereavement, sleep problems and addictions, to name a few.

When you are ready to book a consultation, I will contact you for an informal chat, this is to discuss what your presenting issue is, this also gives you an opportunity to discuss any questions you have about therapy.
