I am a fully qualified counsellor and hypnotherapist, with experience working with clients across the spectrum of ages and at this time I am offering appointments in the evenings and on a Saturday during the day. The appointments can be face to face as well as on the telephone or on line. I am also able to offer outreach in your home if this suits better for you and you are in the local vicinity (at a small cost)

I offer an initial consultation to assess if counselling is right for you at this moment in time and that there is a therapeutic connection so you are able to fully experience being able to explore yourself and feel safe to do this. There will be no charge for this initial consultation.

I am an integrative counsellor which means I use a variety of techniques and am flexible in the way I work so that together we can find the style and pace that best suits you and your situation.

I have worked within Family Support for twenty four years and have worked across the age ranges supporting both young people and adults and welcome any age to work with. I also have experience of working with children and adults who have underlying conditions such as ADHD, ASD and Trauma.
