My Name is Rebecca Louise Thake
I am a Self-employed Pyschotherapeutic Counsellor and Hypnotherapist. I trained as a healthcare assistant before training to become a counsellor and Hypnotherapist.
I have a very Person-centred approach, encorouging clients to explore their thoughts and feelings and facilitating them to reach solutions through exploration.
I offer Counselling in stress, Anxiety, Depression, self confidence and motivation related issues. I also specialise in Grief Counselling with experience of working the Bereavement Organisation (Cruse).

In my spare time I love to research and find new ways of doing things.
