I am an integrated therapist, meaning I can work with you to tailor an approach that works best for yourself. I use modalities such as humanistic therapy, person-centered, psychodynamic, CBT and mindfulness.
I have worked in the mental health and health and social care sector for many years so I am able to gain a clear understanding of how your potential feelings and emotions are formed and treated.
I can help you to understand your emotions and work through them together, it doesn't matter how small you think it is, if it's interfering with your daily life then it needs addressing.
I have worked with many people over the years and seen a mixture of feelings such as anxiety, depression, phobias, alcohol and drug misuse and many more. I am currently only offering phone or online support at this time. If that's something you feel you'd like to discuss, please feel free to get in touch and we can arrange a convenient day and time to discuss things further.
