I understand how challenging therapy can be; it is a big step to contact a stranger and talk about personal difficulties. I chose to become a counsellor because I know what it is to need help beyond the resources of friends and family. I believe whole-heartedly in the counselling process, and that any person has the ability and resources within them to create the life they want. I have experience of helping with a wide variety of problems and make every effort to help you to feel respected, listened to, and understood.
