Life gets a bit much sometimes doesn't it? There are times when we know we are struggling but we just don't know what to do to better support ourselves or those that we love. When we are overwhelmed it gets harder for us to step back and really think about what is going on and what we might need to better support ourselves.

You are your own expert, rarely do we take the time to reflect on what it is we really need. Our sessions can provide you with that space, a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental virtual space that is safe for you to share, reflect and grow.

My experience includes:

Helping people better manage stress and distress and increase mental well-being through positive change as a Connect 5 Wellbeing Trainer with mental health charity Mind

Working with grief and loss, supporting clients at their own time to process their loss and the intense feelings and the emotional and practical changes bereavement brings, at 'The Bereavement Counselling Charity'

Helping clients better manage their anxiety, phobias, panic attacks or other anxiety disorders for Anxiety UK.

Offering proactive personalised stress management and well-being coaching and support for NHS staff.


I look forward to helping you untangle and release those negative thoughts and replace those coping mechanisms with understanding, self-compassion, and clarity.
