Key Workers CounsellingMates in Mind

Many of us reach a chapter in our lives where we may feel stuck, unhappy, confused, unable to move forward or something we can't quite explain. Together we can work through these thoughts and feelings to find a way that works for you. I am interested in hearing your experiences and provide a safe and open environment for you to feel able to share. I am not able to give advice but I can share the journey with you and together we can try to make sense of your thoughts, feelings, memories and relationships.

I see clients weekly for 60 minute sessions for as long as is needed. I work in an integrative way which means I draw from different methods to find the best way for you at that time. I believe that each of us is unique, our stories are all different and therefore counselling should reflect that. I also offer group work for those who would prefer.
