I trained and work as a person-centred counsellor. I have a wide range of experience working with clients who are experiencing difficulty in their life causing emotional and psychological distress, relationship difficulties, or have previously experienced traumatic events in life.

I work with adults of all ages, children and young people. Previously, I have worked as a counsellor in a school setting and youth services. I have significant experience of working in a domestic abuse service. This includes working with children and families who have experienced domestic abuse who are or have been in high risk situations. My work has involved supporting people through the trauma of domestic abuse related issues.
