I'm Jenny and I'm an accredited integrative CBT therapist based in Bristol, UK.

I work with clients experiencing difficulties with issues like anxiety and anxiety disorders, depression, stress, anger, confidence and low self-esteem, using therapies including Cognitive Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy, ACT, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. Acceptance, flexibility, resilience and self-compassion are all foundational principles or goals in my work with clients.

I want to help each of my clients understand and accept themselves as complex, fallible, multifaceted and valuable human beings. I'm a big believer in people’s ability to change their own situations and I want to help my clients see the power and agency they have over how they experience their lives, where many feel stuck, helpless, or 'victims of circumstance'. I aim to pass on the skills to enable and empower each of my clients to become their own therapists.

Outside of my therapeutic work, I very much enjoy writing, devouring audiobooks, looking after plants and dogs, taking photos, and walking in the beautiful Mendip hills.
