Mates in Mind

I am a friendly, down-to-earth integrative counsellor, offering both short and long term therapy, for adults and couples. I offer both face-to face sessions and online and telephone sessions. I work in a non-judgemental and respectful way, providing you with a confidential, safe space where we can work together to understand your life’s puzzle and putting the pieces back together.

I developed a keen interest in counselling many years ago as a result of my own experience. It was both useful and life changing. I love the uniqueness of people and their individual journeys through life. I am passionate about helping you discover who you really are, empowering you to lead the life you want to.

There's strength in asking for help. I'm here when you're ready...
