I am a fully qualified counsellor basing my approach first and foremost on what you think will work best for you. I have experience of working with people who are anxious, depressed or stressed and generally want to improve their lives. I am also experienced in working with childhood and adult trauma, abuse, and substance misuse and dependence. The core of my practice is non-judgemental acceptance of people exactly how they are and supporting them to change in the ways they want to change. I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and welcome clients from all relationship, sexuality and gender groups. I look forward to getting to know you as a person and finding out how we can get you to where you want to be.
