I am a fully qualified and registered Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with 13 years experience of working therapeutically with children and young people. I have enhanced DBS clearance and work within Safeguarding procedures.

I believe all children and young people are worth listening to and benefit from a safe space where they are listened to, respected, and supported.

I draw on a variety of techniques creatively focused around: play, games, fun, art, talking. I will spend time getting to know your child or young person to engage them in our sessions.

I have experience of working with children and young people around the following issues: abuse, trauma, anxiety, anger, self-esteem, confidence, domestic abuse, family breakdown, emotional literacy, grief and bereavement, self-harm, sexuality and gender.

I receive regular clinical supervision to ensure the professionalism and quality of my work. I am a registered member of the accrediting body the National Counselling Society.
