I am offering compassionate space to express your thoughts, emotions and where you can feel really heard. I believe that every individual is unique and so I offer integrative approach to counselling what means we would go in your own pace, exploring as it feels natural, we can talk or use art, mindfulness or other tools. Besides online therapy I as well offer ‘Walk and Talk’ therapy. Walking in nature offers endless healing benefits when comes to mental health.
It can get overwhelming sometimes. So many thoughts or unpredictable emotions. Maybe you are experiencing stress and pressure, maybe you just don’t feel being yourself lately. Maybe it seems as there is no one who listens or is just too hard to share. Maybe you might feel lost lately or reached a point in life where direction feels very blurry or non-existent. Something significant has changed, you moved, lost someone, are on a crossroad and suddenly it feels harder even much harder then ever before.
I understand that going for therapy can bring up anxious feelings. And even online can feel strange at first you can work with me from the comfort of your preferred space around your schedule. I am a qualified therapist but I am as well human who’s life experiences inform my practice.
