Welcome to my page and thank you for taking the time to look. I provide a non- judgemental, confidential safe space for you to talk through the things that are affecting you. I hope that through the counselling process and the therapeutic relationship we form you will be able to share your thoughts and feelings helping you to come to terms with them.
Life presents us all with challenges from time to time and counselling may help.
I offer an initial free short session in order to for us to see if we can work together and for you to ask any questions you may have (which I welcome throughout the counselling process).
The purpose of counselling is to increase self-awareness, self-resilience and to help to work through any difficult or unpleasant feelings you may have.
In my voluntary role I work at a well-known Counselling Centre in Birmingham from 2018 to present.
If you have any queries or would like to book an initial session please give me a call or an email and we can discuss.
