Member No: NCS18-06864

Location: Newton Abbot

I have worked with people experiencing abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship, LGBT and communication issues as well as difficulties at work, anger, eating-disorder and self-esteem issues. I use an approach where your wants and needs are followed and supported with Person Centred, Gestalt and CBT in whichever way is right in that moment. I have also undertaken some transpersonal training during my Level 4 Diploma and am able to support those seeking to explore or incorporate any spiritual beliefs in their sessions. I have an interest in self-care and kindness-to-self approaches when working with people too.

My interest in supporting people has led to my studying a BSc in Psychology & Counselling, which I completed First Class in 2021.

I am undertaking a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology at the Metanoia Institute, starting 2021 and am therefore unable to take new clients at present.
