I specialise in adult mental health, worked within the NHS and NHS providers for 15 years as a counsellor and currently as a Clinical Supervisor, whilst running my own private practice MYND Counselling. My preferable way of working is an integrative and holistic style; combining person-centred counselling skills with CBT-based interventions, with the belief mind, body and soul work in harmony.

Over the years I have had the privilege of volunteering with Anxiety UK as a helpline operator and having the opportunity of being involved with the research development project for Living Life to the Full (LLTTF), a computerised CBT (CCBT) programme.

I am extremely passionate about mental health and my work, find a great sense of satisfaction from helping others and witnessing the change in my clients from when they first walked through my door to when they leave.
