The journey of life has its ups and downs. When things happen, they could have an impact on you or those you are close to or love. When they do, you may experience thoughts, feelings and emotions that you may not have felt before.
They may make you feel happy and joyful, but can also cause you pain and sadness.
Thoughts, feelings and emotions can be overwhelming to the point where you may be struggling to cope. Talking can help, but something may be stopping you from doing this, even if they are family and close friends. You may not be able to find the right words, or you don’t want to burden them with your troubles.
It could also be that you are struggling to understand the thoughts, feelings and emotions yourself. You feel pain and you are hurting inside, but you cannot find the right words to express how are you and you cannot see how you can move forward.
I believe that I can help you. Not by coming up with the answers, but by creating a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions. In this space we can talk about whatever you wish to bring and share. I will be true and genuine towards you. I do not offer any opinions about what you say or have done, nor will I judge you on it. I step into your world to understand how you see things and learn why you feel the way you do.
By walking alongside you as you go on your journey, by being empathic, genuine and being unconditional in my respect for you as a person, by treating you as an individual, It is possible for you to work out for yourself what you need to do to overcome whatever you are facing.
