The basis of my work is in person centred talking therapy, which means through our therapeutic relationship, we work together to review what has been happening and offer an alternative perspective to the problem, the time is yours to explore at your own pace without the need to feel overwhelmed. With my calm presence, I aim to create a space which will encourage you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviour, free from judgement. This process will be personal and unique to you. I believe in people and I'm here to help you believe in yourself, each and everyone of my clients are important and deserve to be the best version of themselves and live the life they choose.
As a registered counsellor I have experience in various areas of work including relationship dynamics or breakdowns, stress, anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, bereavement and workplace issues.
It may be difficult to take the first step to find a counsellor and book an appointment, it can raise a lot of emotions but once in counselling the rest of the journey you will be accompanied and will no longer feel alone.
