Whether you have a specific issue you’d like to talk about, or you’d like to make changes to your life and not sure where to start, counselling can support you in addressing the areas of your life where you feel unsatisfied or where you have experienced events in your life that have caused you distress.
I offer myself as a companion to you whilst we curiously discover new ways of being in the world, often drawing on our relationship as a source of information to your relating to others in the world.
