Here's a bit about me, to help you decide if you would like to work with me.
I qualified with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, from Salford College in 2012. During the last 10 years, I have worked extensively in wellbeing and mental health roles including University Counsellor, IAPT Counsellor, Volunteer Counsellor, Health Trainer and Wellbeing Coach.
Helping people find out more about themselves, so they can end their suffering and live contented lives, is what drives me.
I'm aware of my limits as a Counsellor and will check out with you to make sure I clearly understand you. I will reach out to my Supervisor for help, if we find ourselves stuck or in uncharted waters.
I accept I don't have the answers to your problems. Only you have the answers. I will offer you calm space to talk and be heard, as we travel on our journey, in counselling, together.
