Key Worker Counselling

Hello I'm Karen, I offer Professional Counselling and Psychotherapy

My training has been Person-centred, Integrative and somatic based which means I am able to work in the here and now with you through a Holistic approach. Currently my clients have difficulties with Anxiety, Loneliness, Relationships; difficulties with being able to express themselves and trusting their own experiences. People with poor self esteem, with trauma and a terrible inner critic that stops them from living without fear.

I invite you to come along and chat about what you are looking to get from therapy, see if you feel you can work with me. My promise is to give you the best support in line with your expectations.

Please email or call me with any questions you may have. I look forward to hearing from you.
