I understand not everybody feels comfortable attending online meetings. As of now we can accept face-to-face appointments.
Often people seek Counselling for help with bothersome thoughts, patterns that keep showing in their life whether that be in intimate relationships, work or how they manage day-to-day tasks. Whatever your reasons for seeking help my promise is to offer you my care, confidentiality, warmth and honesty. Many women and Men have experienced really difficult life experiences that they cant put into words. They tell me, “my problems don’t seem valid when there are people dying in the world” , “I just want to know why people don’t treat me well”‘ or “Things just feel off and I am unhappy, can’t put my finger on what’s wrong” etc. Welcome
I understand how important talking to someone who can really listen is. I offer short-term counselling and longer-term therapy and have worked with many people who have never experienced counselling before, as well as students and people who have returned to counselling to work on really difficult experiences.
In our first session we chat about your concerns in order to work out together the best course of therapy for you. I complete an assessment with you and following this assessment agree with you on the best treatment plan. I provide a discreet and professional service.
