I practice Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. My integrative training enables me to draw on different approaches such as Mindfulness, Compassion Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and others to suit your journey.
REBT is a goal focused, short term, and trans-diagnostic therapy and is effective with many different issues, including anxiety, and anxiety related disorders, depression, anger management, low self esteem at work or in daily life.
The way we think, the way we behave and how we feel are intricately linked. Providing a non judgmental and safe place, the objective of the therapy is to guide you to explore, understand, challenge and progressively change how you think and thus feel about situations, yourself, others, or the world. Although the past is important, we focus mostly on the present to understand what maintains the problem you experience..
