Key Worker Counselling

Hi I'm Sara at Love 2 Live Therapies, We are all unique I feel its so important to value this and work with you in a way that's going to be effective and tailored to your individual needs, I therefore offer you a unique therapeutic plan inspired by you and for you using telephone or confidential online counselling and hypnotherapy. Usually, outside of Covid 19 I also offer face to face counselling and hypnotherapy from my village based home. I'm trained in a variety of helpful styles, including talking therapies, cbt, walk & talk and creative therapies (PCEAT). I'm also a medically trained Clinical Hypnotist which is incredibly useful for relaxation at this time I can offer you an online relaxation session to relax and destress. I'm really pleased to offer you a reduced price introductory session as an opportunity for us to meet, and find out if and how we might best work together. Or a free 20 minute phone call or online session. Please contact me for further details. If you are a Key Worker I'm working with the Key Worker Counselling scheme. Please contact me if you have any questions and book your free 20 minute session. I'm just a phone call away. Take care I look forward to perhaps meeting with you soon. Sara.
