Hi I'm Sara at Love 2 Live Therapies, We are all unique I feel its so important to value this and work with you in a way that's going to be effective and tailored to your individual needs, I therefore offer you a unique therapeutic plan inspired by you and for you. I'm trained in a variety of helpful styles, including talking therapies, cbt, walk & talk and creative therapies (PCEAT). I'm an a Registered CYP Therapist with experience and training to work with children. I'm also a medically trained Clinical Hypnotist which is incredibly useful to support our work especially with relaxation and reduced anxiety.
