I cannot walk a mile in your shoes but I can walk every step with you. My role as your counsellor is help you find the answers you are looking for through support and exploration. It is your journey and I follow where you go, inviting you to understand the confusion and navigating your way to a clearer path. Some sessions will be challenging as you face up to the shadows, but we face those challenges together.
I will work with a variety of clients and have a particular interest with working with teenagers and young people. This stage of development can be difficult and understanding thoughts and feelings maybe hard. Navigating through this is incredibly individual to each client.

I work in a pluralistic way which allows me to work in a modality that suits you and be adapted and free flowing when needed but always with you at the center.
