I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and draw on my training and experience in Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness.

Before qualifying as a Counsellor I had a career of over 25 years in business, so I have real life experience of how personal issues can impact our working life and how difficulties at work can impact our wellbeing.

Each person and their problems are unique, therefore, the counselling modalities and approaches used will be based on each individual’s needs, always in a safe, caring and non-judgemental environment.

Whether your issues are from the past, present or fear about the future, you will have the time and space to gain a better understanding of yourself. You will also have the opportunity to talk openly and honestly about your feelings, thoughts and difficulties.

I will work with you to gain a new perspective on your problems and where appropriate explore the root of your issues. I will then support you in making positive changes so you can enjoy a happier and more fulfilling life.

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, I offer telephone counselling, however outdoor walk and talk counselling sessions and home visits (where appropriate) can be discussed.
