Do you feel overwhelmed by everyday tasks? Perhaps you get brought to tears with the household morning routine? Are you often anxious thinking about the week ahead? Counselling isn't just available to those who are depressed or struggling with past trauma. I can also offer sessions to support your wellbeing before your worries and concerns become debilitating. Maybe you want to discuss your thoughts and feelings before making a life changing decision. Sometimes it is easier to talk with a non judgemental professional, than it is family and friends for fear of worrying them or getting bombarded with well meaning advice. As a therapist my job is to listen, reflect and help you find your own answers. Our sessions together are your time to talk through whatever is important to you, and always at a pace that is comfortable for you.

Having professional and personal experience of ASD and ADHD, I have a passion for supporting parents of special educational needs children.
I also welcome young adults 16+ (post GCSE) and can be flexible with session times to fit in with school/college free periods.

My standard rate is £30 (student concessions available on request).
There is no limit to the amount of sessions offered.
Appointments are available 9.00am-3.00pm (other times by special arrangement).
