My background is in Psychology. I have a BA (Hons) in Psychology as well as a Masters Degree in this subject. I am a fully qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor, holding a level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice. I am passionate about helping people to make positive changes to their lives and I provide a safe and confidential environment to allow you to explore what is troubling you.

In addition to being a Psychotherapist and Counsellor I am also a fully trained Hypnotherapist and I can provide this service to help with a wide variety of issues, including smoking cessation, weight loss, phobias, anxiety and insomnia. I offer a unique 3 session plan for smoking cessation which has proved to be highly effective and very well received. I offer a holistic approach to therapy, using my skills to work with you to look at the reasons behind the habits that you want to change, along with bespoke hypnotherapy tailored specifically to your needs.

I am fully insured and I am a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and the National Counselling Society which are both on the accredited register of the Professional Standards Authority. As a member of these bodies, I am bound by their strict codes of conduct and their ethical guidelines. I take pride in my work and I care about the well-being of my clients. If you are happy then I am happy.

I look forward to working with you to bring about positive change in your life.
