,Are you feeling as if you're not good enough?

Do you have negative throughs going round your mind, then as soon as your head hits the pillow, they flow faster making it harder to get to sleep?

Do you constantly worry?
The "What ifs..."
The "I can't..."
The "I shouldn't...."

These maybe due to feelings and emotions linked to:
Work issues
Passed Trauma
Ending of a relationship
Childhood abuse
Bulling (past or present)
Toxic friends/family

It can be difficult to talk to friends and family, which may make you feel as though you are on your own and no one can help.
If you are struggling to break away from negative thoughts and behaviours, then I can help.

I have experience with a wide range of emotional issues

I offer a warn and friendly welcome, in a relaxed, safe non-judgmental space where you can talk. As we build our therapeutic relationship and you feel comfortable, we can work through your feeling, emotions, and experiences.

Through a greater understanding of yourself, your life, and relationships, you become more aware of your own skills, tools and strengths. these skills will empower you to move forward with greater purpose and control over your future.

During our first appoint you can decide if I am the right counsellor to support you on your therapeutic journey.
The number of session you wish to attend is up to you; we will work in partnership for as long as you wish, as you decide when you are ready to end our sessions.

I work with females 18 years plus (no upper age limit) and males aged 18 to 25 years.

Cost per session
£40 between 10am -4.30pm
