As an experienced therapist I will respond to you in a sensitive and compassionate way to make it easy for you to talk about what it is you would like to bring. I realise that being a woman in our society is extremely difficult at times for many reasons. If you feel you would like to talk to someone 'woman to woman' then please get in touch. We will work at your own pace together with no pressure on you to disclose before you are ready. Also, if you feel you are holding a lot of emotion you would like to express I provide a safe space for you to do this in. I will hold whatever you bring carefully, sensitively and with respect. We can look together at how you can engage with your concerns in a therapeutic way and move forward to reach the resolutions you are searching for. I provide a safe environment and compassionate therapeutic relationship for you to explore the issues you are bringing.
Outdoor therapy is also available with me fortnightly on Thursday afternoons at Bradfield Dale, Sheffield.
In addition I offer a mind-body approach called Lifespan Integration to treat abuse and trauma if this is something you would like to try.
