I am a humanistic counsellor dedicated to customising your therapy sessions to ensure they fully support and align with your unique needs. I work in a way that holistically looks at you as a whole. Whislt also bringing techniques from other therapy modalities, these include person-centred therapy, emotion focused therapy, and gestalt therapy.
Life can be difficult and sharing our struggles with friends and family is not always the best way forward for us. This is why I create a non-judgmental space, where you can work through difficult thoughts and feelings.
