There are many reasons why people seek counselling: lack of direction, a sense of feeling lost, grief or perhaps repetitive patterns that are causing concern. I believe that everyone is valuable and has the capacity and ability to make new decisions in life, I see this as a place for self-discovery and growth.

I support clients to explore and identify patterns of behaviour in their own personality and how this has been shaped by past experiences, particularly those stemming from childhood. Whilst counselling may feel daunting for some, I believe that great awareness of one’s mind can give a more open state of being, as we become more attuned to our own feelings, thoughts, and desires.

My role is to provide you with a safe space within, whilst we explore the meaning of what you bring.  I aim to support you to develop a deeper connection with yourself and your surroundings whilst you build your awareness in order to make positive choices.

The focus of counselling is to enable clients to navigate their life in a way that is manageable. I believe that counselling gives clients the tools to become more attuned to their feelings, thoughts, and desires

I offer individual counselling sessions to adults and young adults over 18 on a long or short-term basis.
I offer a free initial telephone consultation, giving us both the opportunity to hear each other and for you to ask me any questions you may have.

During my training I volunteered at The Awareness Centre in Clapham and within the NHS working with adults in both long-term and short-term counselling. I currently work with children voluntarily within a secondary school.

I spent 15 years as a professional in the design industry with a BA Hons in Fashion and Design Studies. I understand the pressures of a work environment, and the everyday demands in life to get things right, to please others and those unspoken expectations.

My voyage of self-discovery had begun before my career change, with an interest in Mindfulness and Buddhism.
